It’s not until we intentionally take the time to be mindful of our existence, that we realize how little we are in control of our lives.
Through the practice of mindfulness, we become more aware, not just of our surroundings, but of the inner self. True peace and stillness within our mind is easily attained using simple techniques.
The Mindfulness Series begins with Volume 1 and the journey to unleash your true self. The first book offers basic information surrounding the practice of mindfulness as well as simple techniques to assist you on your path.
My story begins like most others, with a dream and vision of success, only to live most of my life just falling short of getting there. However, I have finally begun to realize the true value in every experience I have ever had, be it positive or negative. I will forever be in-process, only now I understand better how life’s lessons will continue to repeat until we become aware of its purpose.
After many trying years (and there will be more) of searching and seeking for purpose, I have learned a valuable lesson; “what I am seeking is also seeking me and this awareness brings balance to my inner self”. Inner peace and balance comes from an awareness of the present moment. My past has brought me here and the future is yet to be, so I must cherish ‘now’ for it is the only point in which I am certain.
